Refund Policy

Thank you for engaging Cestivan PR LLC. We offer professional public relations services, and due to the nature of our work, our refund policy is structured accordingly.

Retainer Agreements

For clients on monthly retainer agreements, all fees are due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced, as resources and strategic planning are allocated in advance.

Project-Based Engagements

For fixed-scope project engagements, the following schedule applies:

• Cancellation before project kickoff: A full refund minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred (e.g., wire service subscriptions, venue deposits).
• Cancellation after kickoff but before 50% completion: A 50% refund of the remaining project fee.
• Cancellation at or after 50% project completion: No refund will be issued, as substantial resources have been deployed.

Crisis Communications

Immediate crisis response engagements, by their nature, require instant resource deployment. All crisis engagement fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund not covered above, please contact us in writing. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and expeditiously.
